Well, that’s disappointing: Apple’s killed off TV show rentals, claiming that “iTunes customers have shown they overwhelmingly prefer buying TV shows.” That’s probably true, especially since Apple’s prices aren’t competitive to the likes of a la carte subscription services like Netflix and Hulu Plus.
