So you want to be Steve Jobs? Sure, you can be – if you use FaceTracker like this guy.

Jobs is one of a list of famous names mapped on to artist Arturo Castro‘s face in real time using the super-clever software.

FaceTracker watches a real face and maps another face on top of it in real time. Give it the right input – in this case a photo of a celebrity, but it could also be a whole database of facial expressions from another person – and your face becomes someone else’s. A bit like digital puppetry.

The still image above really doesn’t do it justice, and it works better with some celebs than with others. Watch the whole thing to see what I mean:
