During Tuesday’s Awe Dropping event, Apple announced AirPods Pro 3, refreshed every model of Apple Watch and unveiled four all-new iPhones, including the first iPhone Air. It’s an impressive set of products in a pretty quick event.
But if you want to watch an even faster event, you can get the gist in 90 seconds with our Awe Dropping event video recap.
iPhone 17 keynote recap: Watch the event in 90 seconds
The AirPods Pro 3 and the stunning new iPhone Air stole the show. But there’s much more to Apple’s Awe Dropping event. Every Apple Watch got a hearty update, even the oft-neglected Apple Watch SE.
The entire iPhone 17 lineup looks impressive, with a much-upgraded Center Stage camera (that can record simultaneously with the rear camera) and a big update to the telephoto sensor on the Pro models. But best of all, the Pro models come in a vivid color for the first time: cosmic orange.
See all the highlights here:
AirPods Pro 3

AirPods Pro 3 sound like a solid upgrade from the (admittedly great) AirPods Pro 2:
- AirPods Pro 3 benefit from a new earbud design and foam-infused tips that add up to twice the active noise cancellation of prior models, and four times that of the AirPods 4 with ANC.
- Live translation works with Apple Intelligence to translate people speaking in foreign languages in real time. Your iPhone displays your translations. If you’re both wearing AirPods Pro, you can have a live two-way conversation through the earbuds.
- Heart rate sensing comes to AirPods for the first time, in 50 workouts.
- Despite the new features, AirPods Pro 3 cost the same as AirPods Pro 2: $249.
Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Apple Watch SE 3

All three Apple Watch models added new features:
- Apple Watch Series 11 offers twice the scratch resistance as Series 10.
- It can detect signs of hypertension by seeing how your blood vessels respond to your heartbeat.
- You’ll get a sleep score based on the quality of your sleep.
- Battery life jumps to 24 hours.
- It carries the same $399 price as Apple Watch Series 10.
- Apple Watch SE 3 gains great features like Apple’s S10 chip, an always-on display, new gestures and temperature sensing. And yet it remains at the previous version’s entry-level price of $249.
- Apple Watch Ultra 3 comes with a slightly bigger display, 42 hours of battery life, satellite connectivity and a new Waypoint watch face at $799.
- All cellular models come with 5G connectivity.

Apple shook up the iPhone lineup this year, redesigning the Pro models and adding the super-slim iPhone Air. And the “regular” iPhone 17 got some great new features, too:
- The iPhone 17 comes in five gorgeous colors.
- The larger 6.3-inch display adds ProMotion, gets up to 3,000 nits, has the new Ceramic Shield 2 with 3× the scratch resistance and a seven-layer antireflective coating.
- The A19 chip brings a big boost in GPU performance.
- iPhone 17 adds eight more hours of video playback on battery than the iPhone 16.
- The ultrawide camera now packs a 48MP sensor.
- The new Center Stage front camera utilizes a square sensor, allowing it to switch from vertical to horizontal orientations without rotating the phone.
- Prices start at $799 for 256GB model.
iPhone Air

The iPhone Air’s gorgeous, slender design is just the start for this innovative device:
- The iPhone Air‘s pristine, polished titanium frame measures just 5.6mm thin.
- Apple moved the super-slim phone’s internal components to the camera plateau, allowing for a bigger battery.
- It comes in silver, gold, blue and black.
- The A19 Pro chip is the fastest smartphone CPU in the world, according to Apple.
- The N1 chip integrates Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth and Thread support.
- Apple’s new C1X modem is twice as fast as C1.
- You can record the front and rear cameras simultaneously.
- New accessories include a battery pack, translucent case, bumper case and cross-body strap.
- Prices start at $999 for 256GB model.
iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max recap

These definitely look like the most “pro” iPhone Pro models ever:

- An internal vapor chamber improves heat management, leading to 40% better sustained performance.
- This year’s Pro models comes in silver, orange and blue — not black.
- The inset glass panel on the back features Ceramic Shield, while the front glass has Ceramic Shield 2.

- Apple produced TechWoven cases and a clear case for the Pro models.
- Prices start at $1,099 for the 256GB variant.
