Apple’s online store is now down ahead of its WWDC keynote.
The temporary shutdown all but confirms new products will be appearing later today. Apple is expected to announce updates to the MacBook Pro lineup, an all-new 10.5-inch iPad Pro, and maybe even a Siri-powered smart speaker.

Have no fear! On May 16, Apple will reportedly carry out an overnight design upgrade of its older and smaller retail stores worldwide.
Apple says it will service “functional issues” on Smart Keyboards for the iPad Pro for up to three years, according to internal memos sent to Apple stores and service providers recently.
The company, in the memo sent last week, acknowledged that some Smart Keyboard owners experienced stuck or unresponsive keys as well as non-working Smart Connectors. Apple says it will fix any qualifying keyboards free of charge within three years of the date of purchase. The company will also give a refund to any customer who already paid for service on a Smart Keyboard.
Apple is set to reveal its second quarterly earnings report of 2017 this afternoon. And according to analysts, the numbers won’t be nearly as impressive as last quarter’s record-shattering results.

Five thieves thought to be in their late teens and early twenties stole $24,000 worth of products from the Apple store in Corte Madera, California, in a brazen attack Monday night.
