No patience for slow wireless chargers? Then you need to check out the Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station. It delivers up to 25W, and so can give an iPhone 17 a nearly 50% charge in half an hour. There’s even a fan to keep things cool.

At the same time, the accessory boasts charging mats for an Apple Watch and an AirPods wireless charging case. And it folds up for earlier travel.

I put the 3-in-one charger through its paces. Here’s what I learned.

Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station review

For Apple users juggling multiple devices, a 3-in-1 wireless charger offers a streamlined, clutter-free solution that feels tailor-made for modern life. By consolidating charging for an iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods into a single, compact station, the accessory reduces cable mess, frees up outlet space and brings a sense of order to desks and nightstands.

The downside of wireless charging is that it’s slow. Or it used to be. With the new Qi2.2 25W wireless charging standard, the time it takes to juice up your iPhone just dropped.

The Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station reduces the clutter in your life, whether at home, in the office or on the road.

  • Small and lightweight for travel.
  • Attractive design with quiet fan for cooling.
Cons:
  • Not the cheapest option.

The accessory starts out as a 3.7-inch by 2.3-inch by 1.1-inch block. With a weight of half a pound, this isn’t a pocketable accessory, though it does fit very easily in a suitcase or other bag.

Open the charger like a clamshell, and it’s ready to juice up your iPhone and other Apple devices. There are separate charging mats for the handset, plus Apple Watch and AirPods.

And because the Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station also acts as a stand, you can use iPhone StandBy mode, turning the handset into a smart display for upcoming appointments, weather reports or photos.

Inside the clamshell is a flip-up Apple Watch charger. And there’s also a charging mat for AirPods… or even another iPhone in a pinch.

The exterior is either phantom gray or radiant white plastic with lots of curved corners, so the look matches your Mac or other Apple gear. My review unit has been a fixture of my desk for a few weeks, but I can also see it on my nightstand. And this is a travel-friendly product, of course.

All the accessories

Anker didn’t skimp on the accessories for the accessory. That starts with a 45W wall charger — all the power you need to juice up three Apple products at once.

Plus, there’s a 5-foot USB-C cable. That’s plenty long enough to reach a wall socket behind a desk.

Speedy charging performance

People sometimes reject wireless charging because it’s way slower than wired charging. But that’s changed! Thanks to Qi2.2 25W, the Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station is almost as fast as USB-C … and it’s a lot more convenient to just place a handset on a stand than plug in a cable.

I tested its performance with my iPhone 17. The handset’s battery went up 45% in half an hour. To put it another way, the battery level is going up 15% every 10 minutes. That’s quick enough to rival a cable.

I also tested the accessory with my Apple Watch. The battery level rose 36% in half an hour. That’s not as fast as the charger that came with the wearable (49% in half an hour), but still plenty fast enough to be useful.

My AirPods were easy to charge. All I needed to do was put them on the horizontal charging mat designed for them.

Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station review: Final thoughts

Sure, you can use cables to charge your iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods, but this one device is so much less clutter. Plug it in, and it can handle three devices you need to charge daily.

My review unit is going to stay on my desk, but you might consider keeping this charger in your suitcase. Then you don’t need to remember to pack chargers whenever you travel.

Pricing

The Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station costs $149.99 — which is just a bit pricy. Fortunately, at the time of this writing, a 20% off deal knocks the price down to $119.99.
