It kicks off this Friday. Matches air on Apple TV, with some showing up for free and others airing as part of MLS Season Pass.

The Apple Sports app launched in February, giving fans scores and stats for a host of pro leagues. Monday’s baseball and soccer updates to the Apple Sports app are just par for the course. It is expected to grow over time, adding more sports, leagues and related data. Since launched, it added WNBA women’s basketball and some international soccer leagues.
More updates should arrive soon for the upcoming NFL and NCAA football seasons and other competitions. However, it’s not clear if the Olympics in Paris will show up on the app.
