Apple’s wireless Powerbeats Pro headphones were supposed to launch in Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Taiwan in June. However, that date has now been pushed back to July.

It’s not 100% clear why the release date was pushed back. But it likely has something to do with the popularity of the headphones, with new orders in the U.S. only shipping at the very end of June at the earliest.

The Powerbeats Pro are the first truly wireless earbuds to come out of the Beats by Dre line. They’re very similar to Apple’s next-gen AirPods, but boast improved sweat and water resistance. They also include the same H1 wireless chip found in the AirPods 2, plus superior battery life. You can read our review of the $250 earbuds here.

They launched in the United States in early May, followed by the U.K., France, and Germany earlier this month. The earbuds are available in black to begin with. Ivory, moss, and navy color options will follow later this summer.
