For its latest Apple Pay weekly promotion, Apple is giving customers 15 percent off purchases made in the Adidas iOS app — provided it’s bought using Apple’s mobile payment service, of course!

The promotion runs from today through June 28. The Adidas app can be downloaded, free of charge, from the App Store.

Growing the market for Apple Pay

According to one report published at the start of this year, Apple Pay currently has an estimated active user base in excess of 127 million people.

Not content to sit on its hands, the company has been working overtime to increase usage. Apple Pay’s previous weekly promotions have previously included free fries at McDonald’s, money off sporting goods from Fanatics, free delivery on fast food, discounted grocery deliveries, money off your movie tickets, and free delivery on food ordered from food delivery service Postmates.

In addition, Apple is offering faster lanes for people buying food and drink at concerts and festivals, as well as a slew of other regional discounts.

On top of this, the company is continuing to roll out Apple Pay in new locations around the world. This week, Apple Pay went live in both Norway and Poland. This brings the total number of countries to accept Apple Pay up to 29.
