Own a PS4 or PlayStation 5? You can get three months of Apple TV+ subscription for free courtesy of Sony.

As part of a promotional offer, Sony is giving existing PS4 and PS5 owners free three-month Apple TV+ trial access.

Enjoy an extended Apple TV+ trial from Sony

This is not Sony’s first time offering PlayStation customers an extended Apple TV+ trial. During the pandemic in 2021, the company ran a promo providing six months of free Apple TV+ subscription. It’s running a similar campaign three years later, though this time, the free Apple TV+ trial only lasts three months.

Last year, Sony provided six months of Apple Music trial to PS5 owners. This time around, the company is again offering an extended Apple TV+ trial and including both PS4 and PS5 owners.

The promotional offer only applies to new and qualified returning Apple TV+ subscribers. If you are an existing subscriber, you won’t get three months free. To redeem the extended trial, you must use the Apple TV+ app on your PS4 or PS5 and log in with your Apple ID. Once redeemed, you can stream content from Apple TV+ on any compatible device.

The offer runs through September 22, 2024

Sony is running the promo until September 22, 2024, so you have ample time to redeem the extended trial. However, if you have redeemed a similar offer previously, you might not be eligible again. You can find more terms and conditions of the Apple TV+ trial from Sony on the promo page.

Once the trial expires, your Apple TV+ subscription will automatically renew at the applicable local monthly price.
