Apple has just made its new Apple TV refresh available for pre-order from its online store in 80 countries — with orders with one day shipping set to ship from October 30.

What a way to kick start the week!

The 32GB Apple TV will set you back $149, while the 64GB model costs $199. Additional Siri Remotes cost $79, and Remote Loop wrist straps retail at $12.99.

Apple began sending out advance developer units of the Apple TV earlier this month. The surprisingly-repairable Apple TV update features an advanced touchpad remote control, Siri integration, and its own dedicated App Store. Apple began accepting tvOS apps late last week.

Not every feature will work everywhere, however. Only 12 of the launch countries — including the U.S., U.K. and others — will be able to use Siri-based voice search straight away. Hopefully Apple will roll out that feature over time.

I thought about buying the new Apple TV. My model is a few years old. I got the new Amazon Fire TV instead. The Apple TV is $50 more, and the hardware specs look better on the Fire TV.
