The new MacBook Pro finally lands in stores this week, and an awesome new Apple ad celebrates the arrival.
In the new spot, called “Bulbs,” Apple links the invention of fire, the wheel, plow and more to the creation of the Touch Bar, the thin OLED strip that completely changes how you interact with your Mac.
The brilliant new ad basically argues that ideas push the world forward. And the Touch Bar is “a tool for all the ideas to come.”

Apple introduced the new MacBook Pro with Touch Bar at an event last month.
The new Touch Bar feature replaces the function keys with a touch-sensitive screen that display dynamic keys based on what app you’re using.
The first shipments of the new MacBook Pro has just started shipping to customers. You can finally pick up the new MacBook Pro at Apple Stores this week.

I gotta tell ya, I don’t understand all the hand wringing about the new MacBook Pro. I just got mine today. I feared I would hate the keyboard because I hate the MacBook. But the Pro is MUCH improved. The Touch Bar is really cool. The video display is awesome. What the hell is wrong with you people?!?
I’m sure most of the complaints are regarding price. Other than that I find it very appealing as an all rounder desktop replacement and easy to carry ultrabook for the following reason: compatibility with Razer Core. Imagine the possibilities you can get using an external GPU when at home. Basically you can have the best from both worlds, Mac OS and Windows, work station and gaming station.
The touch bar is a tool, it is linked to future inventions. They put the iPhone with the other inventions, non the touchbar. Subtle but important
