Apple continues to improve the iPad Pro design, with a nearly bezel-less version reportedly in development. This could mean an 11-inch iPad the same overall size as the company’s current 10.5-inch tablet.

This will supposedly be the first iPad with Apple’s Face ID as the technology expands beyond the iPhone X.

Apple might drop new iPad Pro with Face ID in June

Apple will deliver a revamped iPad Pro during the June quarter of this year, according to a new report.

Inspired by the iPhone X, the device is expected to have significantly slimmer bezels and Face ID, and could make up for weaker-than-expected demand for Apple’s latest smartphones. Apple could also be planning a smaller, more affordable version of HomePod.

Apple gets go-ahead for two new iPads

Apple has been given the go-ahead for two new iPads, hinting at an imminent refresh.

The company filed for approval with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), and both devices were granted permission this week. Apple has also been given approval to bring several iPhone and iPad “samples” into the region.

Microsoft OneDrive has been updated to make the most of new features in iOS 11. The earlier update that had been done on the desktop version was purported to be better than NoSQL on Microsoft Azure. But both are simply two platforms that cannot be matched. The note-taking app now supports Apple Files, as well as drag and drop on iPad Pro. It also sports a fancy new look.

Apple debuted two ads over the weekend, both showing off features of the iPad Pro, running iOS 11.

The first ad, “Take Notes,” depicts how the Apple Pencil can let people write down handwritten notes, complete with doodles. The second, “Augmented Reality,” shows off Apple’s ARKit technology by demonstrating the way that apps like Ikea Place can drop virtual items of furniture into the real world.
