Streaming TV fans will soon have the option to bundle Apple TV+ with Netflix and Peacock. And StreamSaver will come “a vastly reduced price,” according Comcast CEO Brian Roberts.

It’ll be a significant new option for cordcutters.

StreamSaver bundle includes Apple TV+ and a whole lot more

Bundling of streaming services is all the rage. A recently announced one unites Disney+, Hulu and Max, for example. Providers like them because there’s less churn. Someone might drop their subscription to Max because they don’t watch it much, but they are less likely to cancel a bundle with two other services.

And now there’s StreamSaver, which will bundle Apple TV+, Netflix and Peacock. It was announced Tuesday by Comcast’s chief executive but without many details.

Especially, there are no specifics on cost. Roberts said the combination will “come at a vastly reduced price to anything available today,” according to Variety. “This will be a pretty compelling package.”

On its own, Apple TV+ costs $9.99 a month. The cheapest version of Netflix is $6.99 a month with ads, and Peacock starts at $5.99 a month. That’s about $23 in total. Obviously, StreamSaver must undercut that

Apple TV+ offers a range of original content, especially top-notch sci-fi like Silo and Severance. Netflix is the 500-pound gorilla of streaming, while Peacock will be the best service to watch the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Roberts promised the StreamSaver bundle with all three will launch later in May.
