Apple’s light but powerful M1 iPad Air is available with a sweet $40 discount on Amazon. This brings the price of the entry-level iPad Air down to just $559.

The 256GB model gets an even bigger $70 discount, so you can grab one for as low as $679.

Powerful M1 iPad Air supports all iPadOS 16 features

The 2022 iPad Air packs the same M1 chip that’s ticking inside the 2021 iPad Pro. Paired with 8GB RAM, the 5th gen iPad Air has enough horsepower to easily handle any demanding workload that you throw at it with ease.

It also has a 12MP ultra-wide front camera with Center Stage support. And with the USB-C port offering twice the speed of the previous generation model, you can use it to connect external displays, cameras, and other high-bandwidth accessories. The 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display on the tablet supports Apple Pencil, so you can let your creativity flow.

Once iPadOS 16 lands later this year, you can enjoy Stage Manager on the tablet as it meets all the features’ minimum requirements. It will allow you to run up to eight apps on your iPad Air while connected to an external display. Other iPadOS 16 features coming to the iPad Air include a vastly improved Files app, a new Weather app, and enhanced Mail and Messages apps.

Save up to $40 on M1 iPad Air

If you are on a tight budget, you can get the 64GB Wi-Fi iPad Air with a 7% discount. This brings its price down to $559; however, the $40 off is only available in blue and purple colors. On any other shade, you get a more modest $30 discount.

If 64GB storage doesn’t work, you should opt for the 256GB model. It is available for $679 after a 9% discount but only in space gray color. Selected Wi-Fi+ Cellular variants of the M1 iPad Air are available with a 5% discount, but your options are limited.

This is a sweet deal on the iPad Air 5, and you are unlikely to find a better one soon. So, make sure to take advantage of this offer before stocks run out.
