Pixelmator Photo is one of the best photo editors for iPad, and it got even more mobile with an iPhone version debuting Thursday. It offers desktop-level editing tools on a mobile device.

Pixelmator Photo offers a collection of nondestructive, desktop-class editing tools.. That includes artificial intelligence that makes adjusting things like white balance, exposure and color a breeze. And AI can even increase the resolution of photos.
There’s an object removal tool, and a cropping one, too. It can also work with 600 raw image formats. The Cult of Mac review called the app from Pixelmator Team “intuitive yet powerful.”

The just-launched iPhone version of Pixelmator Photo is currently $3.99, and can be downloaded now from the App Store. That’s half the regular price. And buying it includes the iPad version, too.
Speaking of which, those who already own the tablet version can download the iPhone one at no cost.
