Steve Wozniak has categorically denied being an adviser for a new augmented reality chap app launched by New England Patriots tight end Rob “Gronk” Gronkowski.

Called Mojiit, the forthcoming mobile AR chat app lets users create, “a stunning, 3D animation of yourself that you [can] send to your friends in augmented reality.” However, despite having made frequent mentions of having Woz on board, Apple’s co-founder denies that this is the case.

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak says the iPhone X is the first iPhone he doesn’t plan to buy on “day one.”

Aspects of Steve Jobs’ personality strike former Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak as, “very Trumpish,” Woz reportedly told an audience Tuesday night at Carnegie Music Hall as part of the American Middle East Institute’s 10th Conference.

Specifically, Woz seems to have been referring to Jobs cheating Woz out of some of the money for an early project the two collaborated on at Atari, his failure to listen, and tendency to say nasty things to people.

But Woz said the iPhone is still worth the extra money.

Thanks to comments that Steve Wozniak made in a 2016 Reddit AMA, there’s a perception that Apple’s co-founder dislikes the Apple Watch. Not so, he makes abundantly clear in a new interview!

Speaking on CNBC’s Squawk Box, Woz said that, “I just love [my Apple Watch]. I love every time I use it. It helps me. I love it so much … I don’t like to be one of those people who pulls phones out of pockets.”

It sure sounds like someone turned a corner. (Or Tim Cook sent round a couple of Apple’s more menacing engineers.)

If the Apple legend is right, we’ll all be using iMacs on Mars before the end of the century.

Given that it’s currently the world’s most valuable brand, few people would suggest that Apple should give up its name in favor of something a bit more, well, geeky.

But that wasn’t the case when the company launched, as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak recently revealed.
