Apple brought the Walkie-Talkie app back online today with a watchOS update after disabling it earlier this month with an undisclosed vulnerability that might have allowed eavesdropping.

The release of watchOS 5.3 also brings the ECG app for users in Canada and Singapore.

The long wait for iOS 12.4 is finally over after Apple made the software update available to all iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch owners this morning.

In what will likely be the last major upgrade for iOS 12, the iOS 12.4 update brings a number of big improvements, including the ability to directly transfer data from an old iPhone to a new one. There are also tons of bug fixes and other changes, but the most notable thing about iOS 12.4 might be what it’s missing: Apple Card.

Developers received a fresh new batch of beta updates this morning, but if you were hoping for new iOS 13 goodies you’ll be sorely disappointed.

Apple released its seventh beta for iOS 12.4, the update that adds support for Apple Card. We assumed the update was pretty much ready to launch back when beta 5 came out, but it looks like we might have to keep waiting a while longer for Apple Card to launch.

Latest watchOS 6 beta lets you delete some Apple apps

Apple’s latest watchOS 6 beta, released to registered developers on Tuesday, lets you delete stock Apple Watch apps for the first time.

Alarms, Breathe, Timer, Stopwatch, and Walkie-Talkie are just a few of the many that can now be removed. Any deleted titles can later be re-downloaded from the Watch App Store.

The long wait for Apple Card to launch might soon be over if the latest beta software from Apple is any indication.

iOS 12.4, which includes support for Apple Card, just got its fifth beta build today along with new beta builds for macOS 10.14.6 and watchOS 5.3.

Apple Watch is taking a big stride toward independence from the iPhone. It’s possible to install the latest watchOS 6 beta directly to the Apple wearable … sort of.
