Samsung fans have run into yet another issue with the Galaxy Fold. It seems the South Korean company’s shiny logo, stuck onto the side of the $2,000 device, has started falling off on at least one unit.
Apple’s new iPhone 11 lineup is its fastest yet. So you might think it would have no trouble beating any other smartphone in real-world speed tests. But that’s not always the case.
A new shootout between iPhone 11 Pro Max and the Galaxy Note 11 proves processing power isn’t everything.
Is it time to give up on the Galaxy Fold? Photo: Samsung
Samsung might be facing another Galaxy Fold display fiasco less than 24 hours before the device is set to launch in the U.S.
After canceling the Fold’s original April 26 launch date, Samsung spent months redesigning certain parts of the display to be more durable. According to at least one reviewer of the device though, it appears that Galaxy Fold display could still be very fragile.
Complaints about the iPhone 11’s lack of 5G might be a bit overblown.
Despite failing to add 5G modems to the iPhone 11 lineup this year, buyers of the new handsets will still notice a huge improvement in LTE data speeds thanks to new gigabit-class chips that offer faster LTE speeds than ever before.

Samsung finally revealed the new launch date for the Galaxy Fold this morning, but if you already pre-ordered, you’ll have to get back in line.
Emails were sent out by Samsung to all customers that pre-ordered the Fold to notify them that their pre-order has been canceled so the company can “rethink the entire customer experience.”

You’ll need a subscription to enjoy to Apple TV+ when it lands later this year, but you may not need to purchase an Apple TV. The new video streaming service is also coming to Samsung Smart TVs.
And it only took an extra five months! Photo: Samsung

Samsung plans to reinvent the flip phone next year with yet another folding display smartphone, only unlike the Galaxy Fold, this one will come with an old-school design.

A look at some of Samsung's Apple-dissing GIFs. Photo: Samsung
Samsung seems pretty triggered (as the kids say) by people dissing its green Android text message bubbles, compared to the blue bubbles of Apple’s iMessages. So much so, in fact, that it’s created a whole bunch of animated GIFs to, err… do something?
The GIFs portray scenes like a green snake eating blue bubbles and a creepy green salamander being inappropriately touchy-feely with a distressed blue bubble. Hey, it probably sounded hilarious when it was described in the team meeting!

Apple is said to be “aggressively testing” OLED screens from other suppliers ahead of a 2020 iPhone refresh.
Cupertino reportedly wants to diversify its supply chain next year. It currently relies heavily on Samsung for OLED panels, with LG Display making only small contributions for the iPhone XS lineup.
Apple’s impact on South Korea is much larger than most fans will have anticipated.
Cupertino directly employs 500 workers of its own, and has created hundreds of thousands of jobs on Samsung’s home turf. Local App Store developers have earned a whopping 4.7 trillion won.
Huawei this week delayed its first foldable smartphone … again. The Chinese company says there is “no possibility” of the Mate X making its debut in September.
The exciting new handset was originally scheduled to launch in June. Huawei pushed back its launch and admitted it was taking a “cautious” approach after Samsung’s struggled with the Fold.

Samsung’s new lineup of smartphones, tablets and notebooks were on full display today during the company’s Unpacked event for the Galaxy Note 10 in Brooklyn. Instead of waiting for Apple to introduce new iPhones and MacBooks in September, Samsung decided to get a head start on the competition.
Like pretty much all Samsung keynotes, the event included a shotgun blast of new features. Some of them are absolutely ridiculous and will be dead in the water at launch. However, Samsung’s team also uncorked a couple of great ideas that have us green with envy.
Hopefully, Apple execs are taking note of the good and bad things Samsung just revealed.
We wouldn't blame you for switching. Photo: Samsung
Samsung’s fancy new Galaxy Note 10fancy new Galaxy Note 10 is perhaps the most impressive smartphone we’ve seen so far this year. And we wouldn’t blame you if you decided it’s time to switch from iPhone.
But before you go jumping ship, raise some quick and easy upgrade cash that’ll make paying for your pricey Note a little easier. Here’s how.
Samsung unveiled its latest answer to the iPhone today during an event at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
The new Galaxy Note 10 is undoubtedly one of the prettiest smartphones Samsung has ever come out with, thanks to its giant display with a pinhole cutout for the camera. This year’s Note 10 lineup comes in two different varieties. The Note 10 comes with a 6.3-inch display, while the monstrous Note 10 Plus packs a 6.8-inch display. But screen sizes aren’t the only thing that sets them apart.

Samsung today lifted the lid on its brand new Galaxy Tab S6 — and it’s sure to make iPad Pro fans think twice about where they spend their hard-earned cash.
The new 10.5-inch slate delivers a gorgeous OLED display, quad speakers by AKG and Dolby Atmos, and full S Pen support. It’s also much better than the iPad at replacing your desktop PC.
