The newest iPhone is finally here and it’s more colorful than ever.

Following up on the success of the iPhone XR, Apple unveiled the iPhone 11 this morning that sports a new aluminum and glass body and two amazing rear cameras that could make it the most attractive iPhone to most people. It’s cheaper price tag doesn’t hurt either.

The iPhone 11 comes in six colors and comes with a 6.1-inch True Tone LCD display. It supports Dolby Atmos sound and packs the speedy new A13 Bionic processor. Apple has already dubbed its new chip as the fastest processor in a smartphone and the iPhone 11 puts all that power to use.

Battery life was one of the best features on the iPhone XR, so Apple’s keeping that going with one hour more battery life than the iPhone XR. Face ID has been improved and it has better water and dust resistance. What got the most stage time though was the new shooters on the back.

As the world’s most popular camera, Apple set out to make the iPhone 11 camera better than ever. It has two cameras on the back with one being an ultra-wide lens that lets you capture more of the scale of subjects. The other is a normal lens instead of a telephoto lens which might be a bummer for some people that like to get in closer without moving.

Portrait Mode is supported on the new iPhone 11 camera. Apple finally added the ability to shoot portraits of your pets and use it for creative depth-of-field shots. Studio Lighting also got. Night mode is one of the best new iPhone 11 cameras features. It comes on automatically to help brighten photos in dark environments. Using adaptive bracketing, Apple intelligently fuses images together to eliminate motion and blur from long exposures.

Video lovers will be pleased with the new 4K video combined with cinematic video stabilization. You can automatically switch between the two cameras while shooting to adapt to a scene. QuickTake is a new feature that lets you tap and hold the shutter button from the Photos section of the camera to take a short video without swiping over to the Video section.

The front camera has been updated with a wider 12-megapixel sensor. 4K has also been added to the front with a frame rate of 30fps. You can also take slo-mo video on the front camera now.

Crazy cheap

iPhone 11 will cost just $699 making it even cheaper than the iPhone XR will. It launches later this month alongside the new iPhone Pro and iPhone Pro Max. They’ll be available for preorder at 5AM PDT with units shipping on September 20.
