Big Words ($1) doesn’t do much, but what it does, it does very well. It displays words. Really big ones. You can use it to send messages across crowded rooms, through car windows, or across the street. It displays words horizontally or vertically. It’s one of those apps you won’t use often, but when you do, you’ll be glad you had it to hand.

Haha wtf. I dunno about this app.
It is kind of fun. Got it a couple of months ago. It’s great not having to shout across a room full of people. And sometimes I use it to thank my servers at Starbucks.
If you have a use for it, it’s probably indispensable and worth more than a buck. If not…
I hope noone uses this, on their iPad, to display epithets out the windows of their car.
This is great at airports when getting collected by a driver – no more scribbled white boards
and you have to pay for that? no thanks, i can do better by my self for free.
More like Big Waste of Money
There are many apps that can do this. For $4 more, you can add pictures, coloring, styling the text, animation, etc. Some are $1 with all this.
Something tells me the driver trying to read the iPad would crash and die, with the screen glaring a big bright light at them.
