Crystal Baller: Retina iMacs, gold iPads and other wild Apple rumors

We get slammed 24/7 with new Apple rumors. Some are accurate, most are not. To give you a clue about what’s really coming out of Cupertino in the future, we’re busting out our rumor debunker each week to blow up the nonsense.

The iPhone 6 has finally landed, but now everyone’s attention is turning to Apple Watch and iPads. This week we’ve got rumors of the iPad Air going gold in October, possible sapphire problems for the Apple Watch, and a some new details of the long-rumored Retina iMac.

    That’s good that the Apple Watch Sport will be the one in plentitude
    ’cause that’s the one I’m gonna get anyways.

    I’m not going to bet on tossing my wallet October 20th until 2015. Many chain stores won’t quickly adopt to the Apple Pay for many months. And as we already heard, Best Buy and walmart aren’t either. Even if “merchants upgrade their Point of Sale (POS) hardware to be EMV-compliant by October 2015”.

    October 16 Yosemite GM, Retina iMacs and snooze iPads. Most excited about GM and maybe just maybe Photos in Yosemite.
