Priced at $4.99 per month for more than 100 games, Apple Arcade is already a great deal. But an annual subscription makes it even more wallet-friendly.
Apple recently added the option, bringing Apple Arcade in line with Apple Music and Apple TV+ which already offer cheaper annual subscriptions. According to the new pricing, Apple Arcade will set you back $49.99 per year. That works out at $4.19 per month.
Pricing for an Apple Arcade annual subscription varies depending on where you are in the world. However, all of them are cheaper than paying for Apple Arcade on a monthly basis. In the UK, it costs 49.99 British pounds per year, 49.99 euros in Eurozone countries, and CAD$59.99 in Canada.
To take advantage of the new pricing, open the App Store app. Next hit the Account tab and go to Subscriptions. You can then change from “1 Month” to “1 Year” as an option.
So far, I’ve been very impressed by Apple Arcade. It continues to roll out new games regularly to keep gamers tuning in. If you’ve never tried it before, you can take advantage of a 30 day free trial. If you don’t like it, just cancel your subscription, and move along.
