Did you manage to get your iPhone X preorder in before the shipping date slipped by several weeks? If so, now is the time to get a quote to sell your old phone.

As we’ve chronicled before, the Cult of Mac buyback program offers some of the highest prices of any trade-in website. We also provide all shipping supplies and postage, making the process as quick and easy as possible. We offer an online portal to track the progress of your trade-in as well as real, live humans to quickly answer any of your questions. Find out how much you can get for your old iPhone!

If you’ve already preordered the iPhone X, then now is the perfect time to trade in your old phone. With the X arriving in mailboxes and stores next Friday, our 14-day price lock will give you a full week after your new phone arrives to box up and get your old phone back in the mail.

Upgrading from an iPhone 8?

Have an iPhone 8 but decided to upgrade to iPhone X anyway? We are happy to announce that we now offer buyback for iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, even if the device suffers from a cracked screen or other damage. Apple and Gazelle do not offer buyback on either of those devices yet, but we’ll pay up to $450 for yours — even if it has some scratches and scuffs!

As a reminder, we don’t offer a “flawless” or “like-new” price. That way you know we won’t bait and switch you to a lower price once you’ve sent your phone in.

As long as your phone isn’t broken, the price you see is the price you get, regardless of scratches or dings. If you’re upgrading from an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, we’re currently paying up to $360 for those devices.

Once the iPhone X arrives on November 3 and enters the market, we expect buyback prices on older devices to start dropping fairly quickly. So now is definitely the best time to lock in your price for selling your old phone. It only takes about a minute to find out how much you can get for your old phone.

Or sell on craigslist for double your rip off prices

Stop recommending sites that rip off people in plain sight

I’ve managed to use Craigslist for years without getting ripped off. My last 4 sales I got thank you notes. All depends on if you do something stupid or not. And if you don’t like that there’s always Swappa and eBay.
