Apple will stay the exclusive streaming home for all things Peanuts for another five years, Apple TV+ said Wednesday. Apple TV+ ubscribers will be able to enjoy the classic holiday specials starring Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts gang through 2030, as well as new original series and specials.
The streamer also revealed when the beloved Peanuts Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas specials will become available for anyone to watch for free in 2025.

“In this milestone 75th anniversary year, it feels incredibly meaningful to continue our collaboration with our brilliant partners at WildBrain, Peanuts Worldwide and Lee Mendelson,” said Tara Sorensen, head of Apple TV+ children’s programming, in a press release. “Our commitment, dedication and passion for Peanuts runs deep. These beloved characters and stories hold a timeless significance, resonating with people of all ages across the globe.”
Apple started offering the Peanuts classic library in 2020, allowing Apple TV+ subscribers to watch the specials anytime they want. More than that, it teamed up with WildBrain to create new series, including The Snoopy Show and Camp Snoopy. Plus, a brand-new animated feature film starring Snoopy, Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang has been in development since 2023.

Watch the Peanuts holiday specials for free in 2025
While Apple is the exclusive streaming home for Peanuts, and subscribers can watch the timeless shows whenever they like, Apple TV+ also makes the most popular holiday specials available to the public at no charge.
“We are delighted that the iconic holiday specials will be available for everyone to experience, continuing this time-honored, comforting tradition,” Sorensen said Wednesday.
That starts with It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. The Peanuts Halloween special will stream for free on Saturday, October 18, 2025, and Sunday, October 19, 2025.
A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving will follow, streaming for free on Saturday, November 15, 2025, and Sunday, November 16, 2025.
And then A Charlie Brown Christmas will stream for free on Saturday, December 13, 2025, and Sunday, December 14, 2025.
During these weekends, anyone can watch the Peanuts holiday specials online or via the free Apple TV app.
