Steve Jobs had a reputation for being a bit of a tyrant in the workplace, but a new video released by Apple on the 4th anniversary of the Apple co-founder’s death gives fans a closer look at Steve’s softer side.
The never-before-seen video was sent to Apple employees yesterday and obtained by ABC. It shows the former CEO talking about everything from his management strategy (based on the Beatles) to why he wears ripped jeans.

Softer side…so a 30 second video then?
You obviously need to view a lot more videos of Jobs … esp. if you actually think this one video is the only one that shows him in a positive light.
I’ve seen that side of him in plenty of places. He wasn’t always a monster you know…
Softer to his friends..
The room in that video has a whole lot of his friends. I’m guessing a lot more than you have.
If he’d put a new pair of jeans on it might’ve been a different story LOL
