Microsoft announced new versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are coming to the iPhone today, giving users more tools to create and edit documents, so you can finally get some ‘real work’ done on that giant iPhone 6 Plus screen.

The new Office apps for iPhone are pretty much exactly like the iPad versions which were released in March, only they’ve been optimized for portrait mode, and unlike the old Microsoft Office Mobile app for iPhone, users will finally be able to do a whole lot more than just edit text.

Microsoft has done away with the Office 365 subscription that was required to edit documents on the iPhone, instead opting to get its software into as many users as possible, after 40 million people downloaded Office for iPad earlier this year.

The new iPhone apps come with a special feature called “reflow view” aimed at improving productivity by giving users a zoomed-in view of documents that’s scroll-friendly, allowing users to edit text and make other changes on the fly. Microsoft says it will be selling pro features like presentation formats, pivot tablets, and other tools power users need, but average users should be just fine with free set of features.

Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are on the App Store now, with an Office for Android versions coming to tablets later this year.
