The iPhone Duo will ship with several unannounced StandBy faces that Apple didn’t reveal during the foldable’s unveiling or in its press materials. However, a leaker is spoiling the surprises by revealing at least five more StandBy faces for the Duo.
The foldable will also feature a new face editor similar to the Apple Watch face editor.
More iPhone Duo StandBy faces discovered
To take advantage of the new form factor, Apple will ship the iPhone Duo with several new StandBy faces. While it revealed some, leaker @itspdfu discovered at least five more after some code digging. These include:
- Home Camera: Single camera view or a grid of up to nine
- Home Modular: Perhaps a Home accessory-focused Modular
- Flow (ResponsiveArt): Possibly an animated, abstract face
- Fade: No design details
- Snoopy
The new Home Camera StandBy face should be handy for iPhone Duo users who are all-in on Apple’s ecosystem and use HomeKit-compatible smart cameras.
A new editor could reveal how they work
Alongside the new StandBy faces, the leaker also discovered the new face editor. You can select from different colors, styles and layouts here.

Its design closely matches the Apple Watch face editor. You can swipe between settings, then scroll through available options.

Apple has been closely guarding many of iPhone Duo’s software features. That’s also why it has not released iOS 27.1 for public beta testing, jumping straight to iOS 27.2 instead. The newly uncovered StandBy faces suggest the iPhone Duo will pack a lot more surprises than expected.
