Apple has just announced that iOS 5.1 is coming to everyone today, after months of speculation.
And no surprise: as rumored, Siri is coming to Japan!

It would be great if it just worked….I don’t care about Japanese.
My Question: The iOS5.1 update is to everyone, is Siri now for everyone or at least with an iPhone 4 and above?
