Everyone should know that if you install a screen other than the one that Apple makes and installs themselves and subsequently take your iPhone in to the Apple store for any kind of issue, your phone will not pass validation, which is a process that happens behind the Genius bar. And once it fails validation, you’ll no longer be able to perform any kind of software update. None.
Obviously your warranty is also void, but you probably knew that already.

Exactly $109+ tax through Apple. And if you notice the parts included in this “kit”, the displays do not have a Home button. These are not Apple parts. Apple replacement displays are all one piece, glass, LCD, illumination panel, and Home button. Also, and this is a big also. Every display replacement done to a iPhone at the Apple store gets post calibrated and checked for full compatibility and that the repair is successful. You don’t get charged if the repair does not work.
Eric makes a good point. Why on earth would anybody order this for $115 when Apple will do it for you and guarantee it for less $$. This is a joke.
