AMC’s highly anticipated prequel spinoff to ‘Breaking Bad’ is starting to come into focus this week, with news that the two-night premiere of ‘Better Call Saul’ is set for February 8th and 9th. AMC will broadcast back-to-back episodes starting at 10PM, and then settle into the Monday’s at 10PM slot for the rest of the series.

The show stars Robert Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, the crooked lawyer that helped Heisenberg build his Southwest meth empire, and is set six years before Saul met Walter White. To go with the premiere date announcement, AMC released a new 30-second trailer that’s hints of dark things to come.

Check it out below:

‘Breaking Bad’ creator Vince Gilligan is signed on as an executive producer for the spinoff, which is set in Albuquerque New Mexico. The first season consists of 10 episodes and will follow Saul on his rise to become the city’s top criminal lawyer.

Little details have been revealed about the supporting characters, but we’re hoping Huell Babineaux will make an appearance. AMC has already greenlit the show for a second 13 episode season.

It’s Bob Odenkirk. Also why is this on this website?

I’m confused? Cult of Mac doing TV show reviews now?

They have been doing this nonsense for a few months now. Its disappointing. Either they are just fanboys who got carried away when they saw a MARVEL trailer and just hit the ground running with news like this. Maybe they are trying to reinvent themselves? Differentiate themselves from the other Mac/TV/Movie websites.

Its because of the ever increasing lack off Mac related content, they’ve got to fill the pages with something that will get eyeballs..

Ever notice that there’s lot’s off non mac clickbait on here

Let’s see… the article has nothing to do with Apple or the Mac, especially since the show can only be seen on cable – AND – your headline makes no sense. What dread? You have great apprehension or fear?
