Best Buy is offering its customers the option to pre-order the iPhone 4S with delivery on October 14th. The email that I received points out some advantages to shopping at Best Buy. The most eye-catching is the Phone Trade-in program for a $300 Best Buy gift card. That isn’t bad, but the cash I’m getting from Gazelle for mine can be spent in more places.
So check out Best Buy and earn some reward points if you’re into that while you’re at it.

This is a pretty sweet deal! Gazelle has a iPhone 4 in good condition at $201, but if you get a $300 gift card from Best Buy and sell it to a site like plasticjungle.com, they’ll give you $255. That’s a no brainer in my opinion. Just wish I had known this an hour ago before I purchased my new phones through AT&T :)
What I was told this morning as I went to preorder,…you are placed on a SECOND SHIPMENT guarantee when they receive it. If you want the phone on 10/14, you have to show up and wait in line, FC/FS.
I wasn’t told about second shipment? They just told me first come first serve and didn’t offer anything about phone trade in. Bunch of Jerks!
