The first watch from Apple is starting to rack up awards as quickly as its first smartphone did when it launched.

In its annual survey for fitness band device satisfaction, J.D. Power found that Apple Watch has a higher rating among customers than any other smartwatch, making it the most beloved wearable in the world.

J.D. Power’s 2016 report measures customer satisfaction for wearables and smartwatches purchased within the last 12 months by examining 7 factors: ease of use, comfort, battery life, phone features, price, strength/durability and display size.

In the end, Apple Watch came out on top with a score of 852 out of a possible total of 1000. Samsung trailed behind Apple, scoring 842 points for its broad lineup of fitness bands.

“It is important that device manufacturers focus on offering a product that is reliable at a price that is perceived as good value based on its features,” said Kirk Parsons, senior director of telecom, media & technology at J.D. Power. “Those that do so early in the game may improve their opportunity to increase satisfaction, customer loyalty and repurchase intention.”

Samsung’s score is actually lower than industry average of 847 satisfaction score. J.D. Power’s surveyed nearly 3,000 smartwatch wearers for their opinion on the rising tech category. The biggest complains centered around smartwatch battery life, with nearly 20% of all customers indicating they’ve experienced one or more problems related to batteries or charging.

People with Apple watches probably haven’t even looked at any others, so you have to discount any ratings from them.
