Apple has started preparing the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, California for its iPad 3 announcement on Wednesday, March 7th at 10 AM PDT. As always, workers have started hanging signage for the media event.

Posted by MacStories, the images don’t reveal anything specific about the theme of Apple’s announcement beyond what was already teased in the press invite. Hopefully we’ll have shots of the full signage soon.

March 7th can’t come soon enough.
It’s good to see everything (including the use of the Yerba Buena Center and the traditional use of Apple’s signature, artistic signage) being carried forward as Steve Jobs intended. I do hope Apple keeps these traditions from the “Steve Jobs era” intact. Years from now I believe it will invoke nostalgia and good memories for those that remember those wonderful, amazing keynotes from days past. Ah… the memories!
