FaceKandi is a new app that uses Apple’s FaceTime chat to hook you up with real live people to “chat, flirt, make friends or simply have a bit of fun.”
The live, one-on-one FaceTime chat works on the iPhone 4, the iPad 2 and the fourth-gen iPod Touch. The devs say the app does not store your personal data, or record your Facetime ID.
FaceKandi launches after recent bust of the first FaceTime porn chat service iP4Play due to low FaceTime adoption.
This app sells for $0.99 and was given a 4+ rating, meaning it contains “no objectionable material” and can be used by all ages. It comes from Steve Stratford who has three other apps in the store, including a Farmville Walkthrough and Christmas recipes.
This looks like another one of those questionable apps that may not be around for long, since it is bound to lead to adults-only shenanigans that Apple strives (or at least gives lip service) to keeping out of the iTunes store.

The app is a bit of a scam. When you open it it just tells you to open Safari and go to http://www.facekandi.com/app. No need to buy it. Also, it in no way hides your info. You see the other users email address or phone number. Maybe that’ll keep the genitalia showage to a minimum. I’m also getting FaceTime calls even after closing out of their site.
They also ask you for you Facetime ID? what a scam! why is COM promoting this?

Ok, I suppose this is normal to have heard about random chat websites such as chatroulette or something, but can you explain me what faceroulette is? And above all, why should we find useful to spent time on such an idiot thing on our mobiles???
