People who are running Appleβ in India, deserve a royal kick in the nuts and spanking on their back. Apple in India do not treat customers like customers but a third grade unwanted citizen. Centuries back the way Indians were used as slaves and were fed till they worked and were laid off and thrown away when the became little unproductive. Similarly Apple does talk to the customers for the sales enquires and when it comes to support, Indian customers are left at the mercy of their franchisee partners. The best example is that they do have the sales enquiry email id but nothing they have for the after sales support.
Is it the yellow skinned Indian executives after joining consider themselves white and discriminate against their indian customers. Can Apple dare to have that attitude in America or Europe?????
I contacted Apple care and buggers refused to even talk to me for hardware related issue and even denied giving me the names and contacts of the Apple executives to whom the matter could be escalated.
Strangely I did get the mail ID of someone called Tim Cook, who perhaps is their CEO and did read about him that he responds to mails but about 10 mails written to him but did not get any response.
I am done dealing with Apple and do not consider myself so unfortunate that I would need to buy Apple device again.
i am sure there would be thousands or perhaps millions of customers like me who are suffering the discrimination from these pseudo superior Apple guys.
If this continues soon there would be message APPLE INC…RIP.
It’s not right to blame the company as a whole for the bad reps they have working for them in the stores you choose to visit. Unfortunately you have to keep calling until you get someone who cares to listen.Almost all customer service is like that. In the state we have to deal with outsourcing and our reps are from other countries and could care less what we actually need help with. Its just something you have to deal with.
Using your logic I should blame India for every crappy service call that I get routed there. Quit whining and look in the mirror. Franchisee’s are just that, franchisee’s. They do not work for company. If you are having a problem, it is due to a LOCAL person, not Apple. And while we are at it, lets talk about IP theft.
You have got it wrong….it’s not the issue of India but Apple in India. Apple had just set up sales operations and subcontracted entire services to third party.
Unfortunately we donot have strong consumer laws like elsewhere that can make these manufacturers liable hence venting out on such sites is the only option. But this anyways does not effect these thick skinned rich brats.
