Apple’s Certified Refurbished store in the US is now selling MacBook Pros with M3 Pro and M3 Max chips. Refurbished models are available in 14-inch and 16-inch displays.

Buying a refurbished unit can help you save up to $300 on the M3 Pro MacBook. On laptops with the M3 Max chip, the savings can be as high as $530.

Apple started selling M3 MacBooks in its refurbished store a couple of weeks ago. With the M3 Pro and M3 Max joining the store, you can buy a refurbished unit of Apple’s best laptop and save big. These laptops debuted in late October 2023, so they have arrived relatively quickly in Apple’s refurbished store.

You can get the 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro chip for $1,699, saving $300 from its MSRP. This variant packs 18GB of system memory and a 512GB SSD. The 1TB configuration is available with a heftier $360 off, dropping its price to $2,039.

If you want the 16-inch MacBook Pro, the cheapest model on Apple’s refurbished store costs $2,119. This variant sports a 12-core M3 Pro with an 18-core GPU, 18GB memory, and 512GB SSD. Buying directly from Apple will cost you $2,499. However, you can get it for $380 less from the refurbished store.

More configurations with up to 36GB memory and 1TB storage are on sale, carrying even bigger discounts.

There are many advantages to buying from Apple’s Certified Refurbished store. Besides the lower price, you get the same benefits on the machine as a new unit. Besides the standard one-year warranty, you can extend their coverage using AppleCare+.

Given the benefits, there’s no reason for you not to buy from Apple’s Certified Refurbished store and save your money. You can use it to buy AppleCare+ or useful accessories for your MacBook Pro.
