Smashy, smashy with 'Castle Crumble' on Apple Arcade
That's a nice-looking castle you got there. Be a shame if something happened to it.

Have fun with creative destruction in Castle Crumble, which challenges players to knock down fortresses with bombs and spells.

The puzzle game debuted Friday on Apple Arcade, and is playable on iPhone, Mac and other Apple devices.

Castle Crumble: That blowed up good!

There’s a lot to be said for a good intellectual challenge. Or you can just blow stuff up. The latest game from Orbital Knight embraces that second category with enthusiasm.

In Castle Crumble, players use powerful explosives and mystical spells to tear down fortresses. Careful aim is required, as is some strategy to be sure the enemy buildings are completely leveled.

To add to the fun, the game offers a variety of castles to destroy: Ancient, Medieval, Aztec and more.

Castle Crumble can be downloaded now from the Apple arcade section of the App Store. It’s playable on iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple TV. Game controllers are an option for any of these platforms.

This isn’t Orbital Knight’s first entry into Apple’s gaming service. Spire Blast debuted in 2021. It’s a physics-based match puzzler, but also challenges players to knock down buildings.

These two join the 200+ games already in Apple’s gaming service. A subscription is $4.99 per month, and don’t be concerned about surprise in-app purchases because these are completely banned from Apple Arcade. A family can share a subscription, too.
