If you love your Logitech mouse as much as I do, you probably hate jamming it unceremoniously into your suitcase. So undignified!

And yet, if you’re like me, you likely depend on your mouse. For me, it’s crucial if I want to remain comfortable and also get some serious work done on the road. The new Logitech MX Travel Case provides proper housing for your precious pointer (and some other gear, too).

Logitech made the new case out of heathered gray felt. A Velcro closure holds the case shut. Logitech describes the case like this: “Tough enough to be thrown in your bag — and sleek enough to be carried on its own.”

Logitech MX Travel Case holds a mouse and more

In addition to your mouse, the Logitech MX Travel Case can hold a MacBook charger, a hard drive, various cables ... whatever you need.

Measuring 7.01 inches by 2.76 inches by 5.71 inches, the MX Travel Case is bigger than competing cases like the Hermitshell Hard Travel Case, which form-fits a Logitech mouse.

That extra size means it can hold other productivity essentials like a MacBook charger, a hard drive and/or various cables. Internal compartments should keep your mouse — like the ridiculously useful Logitech MX Master 3, a perpetual favorite in Cult of Mac’s Setups posts — from rattling around. Unloaded, the MX Travel Case weighs 3.28 ounces.

It looks like a much more elegant travel solution than stashing your sensitive mouse in a sock in your suitcase.
