The Logitech Slim Folio Pro adds a backlit keyboard to the just-announced 2020 iPad Pro or its predecessor. It doesn’t include a trackpad, but the Logitech Pebble i345 is a mouse designed to be used with any iPad.

Logitech Slim Folio Pro for 2020 iPad Pro

The 2020 iPad Pro unveiled this morning has a larger “camera bump” than earlier Apple tablets — there are more lenses and a 3D scanner — so the latest version of the Slim Folio Pro has a wider opening to fit.

“The Slim Folio Pro is our best-selling keyboard case, bringing a great typing experience to your iPad Pro anytime and anywhere you need it, so as you upgrade your iPad Pro, the Slim Folio Pro is here for the next generation,” said Michele Hermann, vice president of mobility at Logitech.

The edge-to-edge, Bluetooth keyboard uses a scissor mechanism. And there’s a row of shortcut keys to control backlight key brightness, volume and more.

The case wraps around all sides of the non-removable keyboard. There are openings for all ports and speakers. And there’s one for the Apple Pencil charger too.

The version for iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd and 4th Generation) costs $129.99. Slim Folio Pro for the iPad Pro 11-inch (1st and 2nd Generation) is $119.99. Both will be available April 2020.

Logitech Pebble i345 for any iPad

The Pebble i345 is the first wireless mouse Logitech created for Apple tablets. It’s compact and extra slim, and comes in a graphite or white casing. This accessory is  built around a rubber wheel.

The mouse communicates with the tablet over Bluetooth, and Logitech promises its built-in rechargeable battery is good for up to 18 months on a single charge.

When iPadOS 13.4 deputes next Tuesday, it’ll bring much more robust support for this type of accessory to Apple tablets. Users will be able to use a mouse with an iPad much as they do on a Mac today.

The Pebble i345 is scheduled to debut in April 2020 at $29.99.
