Robots fight back in hilarious Boston Dynamics parody video

Boston Dynamics has been freaking us out for years with its videos of robots performing tasks with near human-like precision. So far all the robots have been completely subservient to their human masters, but a hilarious new parody video shows what happens when Boston Dynamic’s robots learn how to fight back.

Get ready for the robot uprising:

The parody video above was created by the CGI artists at Corridor Digital. The team used some pretty simple tools to create a CGI version of Boston Dynamic’s Atlas robot, but it looks so good a bunch of people have been fooled into thinking its a real robot.

Boston Dynamics, which used to be owned by Google, is reportedly planning to launch its first robot to the public later this year. The first robot is a four-legged dog-like robot named Spot that is able to deliver packages and do surveying work.
