Some users report that they are not able to buy new apps or download updates to existing ones through the App Store. This appears to be the result of a bug which locks users in an endless cycle, requesting that they agree to new terms and conditions.
At this stage, it’s not clear how many people are affected and whether this is limited to particular locations. A number of Twitter users have complained to Apple’s Support account, but there appears to have been no response as of yet.
Anyone facing this issue or is it only me ?

We’re not aware of any workaround that stops this from happening. If you’re one of the affected, we’d therefore recommend that you either try a different device or resign yourself to not downloading any apps until Apple has solved the problem. You can, however, get out of the feedback loop by pressing the “cancel” button. This will enable you to continue using your device as normal.
Fortunately, Apple tends to be pretty good at correcting these faults as and when they arise. Given how important the App Store is to Apple, we’d expect this issue to be resolved very quickly indeed.
