The fight between carriers to create the hottest iPhone X deal is starting to seriously heat up.

Just a few hours after Sprint revealed its big iPhone X discount, Verizon has come out with details on its own plan to give customers a big discount on Apple’s futuristic phone if you trade in your iPhone.

Starting this Friday, Verizon says it will begin offering customers $300 off on the price of an iPhone X if you sign up for a Verizon unlimited plan and trade in your old device. The promotion is available through the My Verizon iOS app, online, or at retail stores.

Buying the iPhone X will cost you $41.66 per month on Verizon’s payment plans. The $300 discount is paid out over 24 months, so you’ll have to keep the iPhone X that entire time.

Here’s how much money you’ll get from your iPhone:

  • $300 off: iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, 7 or 7 Plus.
  • $200 off: iPhone 6 or 6 Plus
  • $100 off: iPhone 5, 5c or 5S.

A number of Android handsets are also available for trade-in value. If you’re looking to switch carriers and Verizon’s offer isn’t enticing enough, check out Sprint’s deal that gives $350 off on trade-ins.

The iPhone X pre-orders start on Friday October 27 at 12:01AM. Supply of the iPhone X is expected to be severely limited throughout the remainder of 2017.
