Alongside stunning new 21.5- and 27-inch Retina iMacs, Apple’s other big announcement of the day relates to the release of an all-new Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse 2, and Magic Trackpad 2.

These gorgeous new devices have been completely redesigned to feel more comfortable than ever, while also featuring fully rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, giving them around one month of charge.

The new Magic Trackpad 2 — which features a 29 percent larger surface area than its predecessor — additionally brings Apple’s Force Touch interface to the desktop for the first time, adding what Apple refers to as a whole “new dimension to the iMac experience.”

As part of the redesign, the new Magic Keyboard now takes up 13 percent less space on your desktop, and sports a new “scissor mechanism” and lower profile. The Magic Mouse 2 is also lighter and sturdier, as well as featuring an improved “foot design” for a smoother glide.

Every new iMac comes with the new Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse 2 as standard, while customers can order the new Magic Trackpad 2 as an option.

Separately the keyboard costs $99, the Magic Mouse 2 costs $79, and the Magic Trackpad 2 will set you back $129.
