Mark your calendars: Full details of the Apple Watch will be revealed March 9.

Invites were sent to the press today for a special Apple event at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco on that date. The only hint on the invite are two words: “Spring forward.”

Not a very subtle hint. The Apple Watch is coming out this spring. You set your watches forward in spring. Oh, and the event scheduled for the day after daylight saving time begins, so yep, it’s an Apple Watch event. It’s not like we were really expecting anything else.

Update: Apple says the March 9 event will be streamed live.

Tim Cook and the Apple executive team will likely reveal everything we’ve been aching to know about Cupertino’s upcoming wearable at the event, including pricing and launch date. Cook already said Apple Watch will ship in April, but with the event coming so soon, we wouldn’t be surprised if the launch happens at the beginning of April.

More than just Apple Watch?

Other rumored Apple products that could make an appearance at the event include the 12-inch retina MacBook Air, as well as a 12-inch iPad Pro, though there hasn’t been any leaked hardware that indicates a larger tablet could be coming soon.

A spec update for the MacBook Pro lineup could also be in store, as well as a preview of the Beats Music overhaul that will be integrated into a future version of iOS.
