The iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and Apple Watch Series 2 are out today and — while a botched roll-out means not everyone will get the device they want — Tim Cook is keen to show that there are plenty of happy customers out there.

In a post on Twitter, Apple’s CEO writes that, “It’s time! #iPhone7 and #AppleWatchSeries2 are here!”

Well, for some of us at least!

Apple yesterday revealed that it has already sold out of its popular new jet black color iPhone 7, as well as all colors of the larger-sized iPhone 8 Plus. Despite this, the company noted that it, “couldn’t be happier with the initial response” to its new handsets around the world.

Yesterday evening, AAPL shares leaped $3.80 or 3.4 percent to close at $115.57, after reports about the popularity of Apple’s new devices — particularly after earlier reports suggesting a lower demand than previously.
