Let’s face it — a new MacBook is expensive. MacBook upgrade program Upgraded offers a smarter way to stay up to date. Instead of paying the full price upfront, you spread the cost over 36 months, with the option to upgrade after 24 payments. Plus, you don’t need to worry about selling your old device on a site like Facebook Marketplace.

  1. Pick the perfect MacBook for you. Choose an entry-level Air, a fully loaded Pro or even a custom configuration. AppleCare+ is always included.
  2. Subscribe to low monthly payments. Upgraded spreads the cost over 36 months, but you have the option to upgrade your MacBook after 24 payments in this program.
  3. Upgrade and repeat. After two years, choose a new MacBook, transfer your data, and send the old laptop back to Upgraded. The company will refurbish it, saving you the hassle of selling it yourself.

If you’re not ready to upgrade after two years, that’s fine. Just finish your remaining monthly payments and keep your MacBook after that.

“We want to make owning a great device as simple and affordable as possible,” said Upgraded co-founder John Erik Metcalf. “We’re on a mission to improve human + computer performance, while keeping old laptops out of landfills.”
