A featured MLS game each week will appear on Apple TV+ in a new series billed as Sunday Night Soccer.
This is a similar arrangement to Friday Night Baseball that the streaming service began offering several years ago.
Sunday Night Soccer comes to Apple TV+
Apple is the exclusive source for streaming Major League Soccer in over 100 countries. Watching all the fun comes with an MLS Season Pass. Those with an Apple TV+ subscription can get just a taste with Sunday Night Soccer throughout the regular season.
Apple promises that these primetime games will feature “the league’s most compelling matchups.” There will also be pre- and postgame shows, with commentary and graphics in both English and Spanish.
In addition, MLS Wrap Up and MLS El Resumen will move to Sunday evenings after the final match to recap the week’s action.
The initial Sunday Night Soccer matchup will showcase the league’s newest franchise, San Diego FC, as it makes its debut against reigning MLS Cup champions LA Galaxy. The matchup happens on February 23 at 7 p.m. ET.
The sports series is a free bonus for Apple TV+ subscribers. This streaming service costs $9.99 per month with a seven-day free trial. You can also get it via any tier of the Apple One subscription bundle.

Those for whom one soccer match a week isn’t enough should opt for an MLS Season Pass. The 2025 season schedule shows that play begins with the great Lionel Messi leading Inter Miami CF against New York City FC on Saturday, February 22 at 2:30 pm ET.
