The lights have dimmed, the Aretha Franklin has been muted, and Steve Jobs has just taken the stage at the Moscone Center in San Francisco to head up the 2011 World Wide Developer’s Conference.

This year, we’re expecting Apple’s jump into the cloud with iCloud, the first look at iOS 5, a release date for OS X Lion, new Time Capsules, new MacBook Airs, and more. What we aren’t expecting is a new iPhone.

Steve’s ready to run us through the major new offerings Apple has on the software side of things now, but before all of that: here’s comes the usual chest thumping Apple stats! Spoiler: I’m guessing Apple did pretty damn well this year.
