Samsung can sell its Galaxy Tab in Europe, a German court ruled Tuesday. Sort of. When it comes to facing down Apple in court, you take any victory you can get.

The Wall Street Journal reports a Dusseldorf court reversed its own decision, which last week banned the South Korean company from selling the tablet in the EU and throughout Europe, except the Netherlands. If confusing, Samsung welcomed the partial victory, all the same. Last week’s decision had yanked the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 from European shelves, including the UK. Analysts have said Europe could be a friendlier battleground
