Razer, the company famous for its awesome gaming notebooks and accessories, today launched a seriously cool keyboard case for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro. Not only does it look good, but it’s the world’s first mechanical keyboard for a mobile device. It’s also going to cost you.

The Razer Mechanical Keyboard Case turns your iPad Pro into a notebook. It has a detachable case that keeps your tablet protected while it’s in transit, and a full-size keyboard that helps you stay productive while on the move. There’s also a built-in kickstand that lets you work at almost any angle.

On a full charge, the iPad Pro keyboard case lasts for around 10 hours with its backlight active — or a whopping 600 hours if you turn the backlight off. It connects to your iPad Pro via Bluetooth, not using the Smart Connector, to give you a bit more flexibility.

What’s really special about the Mechanical Keyboard Case is that it’s the world’s first mobile keyboard with mechanical switches. It uses Razer’s propriety “ultra-low-profile” switches and chiclet keys, which offer optimized actuation and reset points and an actuation force of 70g.

Despite that ultra-low profile, Razer says its keys offer “the exact same performance and feel” as traditional mechanical keys. If you’re used to typing on a mechanical keyboard, this is probably the keyboard case you’ve been looking for for your iPad Pro.

You can order yours today from the Razer online store for $169.99.
